Dow Coaching

NFL Hall of Famer Bill Walsh developed the "West Coast offense" and Phil Jackson used the "triangle offense" to 11 NBA Championships. Great coaches are known for their systems.

Like a disruptive technology (peer to peer file sharing) or a disruptive product (iPad), coaches can disrupt the competitive balance of their leagues with a disruptive system. Bill Walsh was and Phil Jackson is a disruptive coach.

Dow coaches are disruptive.  They can change the competitive balance for the executives they coach. They can change the competitive balance of your company.

Walsh's West Coast offense introduced a system of short, well timed, crossing routes often used on 1st down. When conventional systems relied upon running plays on 1st and 2nd down to set up passing plays on 3rd down, Walsh used short crossing routes to set up his running game. Walsh's system was disruptive and he changed the competitive balance in the NFL.

Jackson's triangle offense positioned his players such that anyone with the ball could pass to any of his 4 teammates. When most offenses offered 2 logical passing options, the triangle offense offered 4 passing options making it more difficult to defend. Jackson's system was disruptive and he changed the competitive balance in the NBA.

Our system is called "performance speculation".  Most companies anticipate performance potential solely through the skill, experience and behavioral attributes of the candidate.  Our system envisions performance potential through the skill, experience and behavioral attributes of the organization employing the candidate. Our system is disruptive and is changing the competitive balance of our clients world-wide.

Our coaches help executives implement this proprietary performance speculation system, and success is determined by the shifting competitive balance enjoyed by our clients.  To learn more about Dow Coaching, please forward your request to Info@TheDowGroup.biz .
